Arrival & Check-in
Vet check, wristband/tag, welcome refreshments, photo ops.

Social Hour
Dogs introduced in a controlled environment, on-leash play, behavioral assessment.
5:00 PM
Workshops
Two workshops throughout the afternoon, including one hosted by Two Paws.
5:30 PM
Aquapaw
Aqua games, splash pool, floaties, pool club fun — Aquapaw ticket holders only.
6:30 PM
Vibes & Fun
Beach club atmosphere, refreshments, brand activations, photo corner.
7:30 PM
Sunset
DJ set, social gathering, final content moments.
9:00 PM
Departure
Shower/rinse for Aquapaw ticket holders, wrap-up.

Terms & Conditions
All dogs must remain on a leash at all times, except while in the Aquapaw pool area.
Owners must clean up after their dogs. Poop bags will be provided on-site by Mazen's Resort.
All vaccines must be up to date, specifically Rabies, Kennel cough, DHPP / viral combo, Anti-flea treatment, Deworming.
We are unable to host aggressive dogs. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove a dog from the gathering if it displays aggressive behavior, for the safety of other dogs and guests.

Cancellations made 3 or more days before the meetup are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the meetup are not eligible for a refund.
